I think it's nice that even criminally insane killers can have fun at the fair!

Living here in Spokane I think its a terrible shame that while I can't afford to take my kids to our Fair, a criminally insane murderer gets a free pass.

There are 14,000 people on "pins and needles" from the town that this individual brutally murdered a very popular and well liked school teacher because "the devil told him to". Doors are locked and people are concrned. With responsibility comes common sense. Conventional wisdom is that you do not take individuals like this to a public function like a county fair. Something is wrong if heads don't roll over this one.

I cant afford to take my own kids as a law abiding citizen but I am sure glad my tax dollars are possibly funding field trips for criminally insane people who should remain locked up ... crime does pay I guess

24 hours later - still no trace...Apparently a spokesperson for DSHS stated that "privlidges" like these trips can be "earned"...and that this happens more that the public is aware of??? Convicted murderers should not have any rights or privilidges. The very air they breath is taking oxygen away from somebody who deserves it! All leadership levels involved at ESH and DSHS should be reprimanded for this decision to allow field trips of high risk individuals. Total review of activity where the general public comes into contact with these high security risk people must be done. Unbelievable...

Happens more often then most people know within the various facets of the criminal justice system, cheaper for them to let them out on good behavior - details yet to be determined for justification, they have rights too you know...hee
