Can the Presidential Election be final with the unresolved info on Obama's Birth Certificate still pending?

do you think Mccain would have had a better campaign, and/or better numbers in this election season if he had not chosen sarah Palin, and had to do what i would call damage control on that decision, and some of her remarks. if, lets say, Guliani had been his running mate, do you think any of this would be different tonight? tomorrow morning?

Do you think McCain's decision to run a more negative campaign than Obama often times, has swayed some undecided voters for Obama?

What happens to Isreal if Obama gets in? will they still be protected by the administration? If we don't protect the inocent? unborn children than how can we protect Isreal if we don't have a standard or a value system for life. Who has the right to decide on who should live and who should die!

My question concerns broadcasting of election results. My understanding was that several years ago, the "rules" were changed and television stations could not broadcast election results, including the presidential race, until the polls closed on the west coast.

With more people declaring that they are voting for Oboma because of his race than those voting against because of race is this the most racist election in American history?

Not so sure you're impartial regarding I-1000, however here's my opinion.

I-1000 legalizes fraud, and undermines the Doctor patient relationship. Reporting the cause of death as other than suicide is falsifying public records. A serious lack of trust will develop between patients and doctor as doctors put aside their oath to do no harm.

Finally, comparing I-1000 to Oregon'law without recognizing that Oregon's law does not have provisions to file a complaint, nor keep records gives a false sense of security.

Can you please tell me where the lawsuit against Obama is on his Citizenship Qualifcations due to the place he was born.

My question is, if a state's popular vote goes one way, can it's electorial college votes go another? And also what are your thoughts on the electorial college? Do we really need it in American or should we go to popular vote only?

How did Obama win New Mexico when he didn't win the percentage? Was it the electoral votes? What makes up the electoral college?

in the age of instant communication, and being able to see the popular vote in so many states already, why do we still use the electoral college? it seems archaic to me. not only that, but i think if we went by the popular vote, more people would feel their voices were heard.

Our polls closed at 8 and there was already a president, does this mean our votes do not count, it makes absolutely no sence to me why we even participate in the presidental vote.

I am watching the continuing coverage of the election curently on NWCN, and I as a citizen, I am offend that the Media coverage announces the winner from the electorial votes before Hawaii and Alaska closes the voting poles. The Media appeases the world with news, however you would think that the Media would keep the votes somewhat secret for the fact that the media now is at fault for Americans for either poor turnouts in Hawaii and Alaska. My question has to do with the Transit bill that passed here in Washington. My husband and I live in Pierce County and that was never on our ballot to even vote for. My question is that if our taxes are now to go up about $250.00 a year because people in King county got to vote on it, WHY did we not get to vote. This is a far cry from being right. If something is going to affect our taxes, it should have been on our ballots also. Could someone explain how people in Pierce County lost our rights on this matter?

This is not a question but rather a comment of one American. I believe that our country is in great termoil and distress. Because i believe in this so strongly I have a flag hanging upside down in my home to demonstrate the distress our country is in. Theese are some of the reasons I believe this: I believe that Oboma was the wrong choice for president. The reason i believe this way is because of the things he has said on tv and how he use's Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech making this election about race rather than the reasons he should have been elected.With him being elected president our country will go further into chaous and we will be more vulneralble to terriost attacks. Socialism is a lot different then what Obama is planning to do. What he is doing is simply an alteration of our tax law.

If you really mistake this with socialism or even marxism .. please request your education money back and turn in your school diploma as you are not worth it. I'm astonished that Scott can't even write the name of 'not his president right' ... the election is over and your president lost. This is what democracy is all about Scott. Election is over we now have a new president whether you voted for him not. I did not support him and did not vote for him but he is now our president so lets look past the differences of the campaign and get to work on making this a better country. I for one wish the best for our new president and hope he doesnt screw things up. Which is that same thing I would have said had McCain been elected.
