Photos found on TMZ.com show the current Miss Washington wearing a crown and flipping off the camera, along with other racy photos.
Elyse Umemoto apologized for the pictures but the Miss Washington Organization did not take away her crown.

Miss Washington has asked forgiveness, and she is forgiven. She needs to continue to hold her head high, be strong, and to move forward. I believe Miss Washington will use this experience to help others. We are in a new world, and none of us are really exempt. Anything can be said about anyone, and anyone can sue anyone. The person that stole the photos will have to live with this the rest of life.

Did she go out and kill someone or rob someone. No. She just did something stupid.
