Do you think Howard Schultz has a case?

Let the Sonic's go! Shultz sold them, now he should stay out of any future negotiations.
The taxpayers have spoken - no financing
The state has spoken - no financing
Let the new owner run his business.

As a sports fan but non-basketball fan and pretty neutral, it sounds like Schultz does have a case. It's interesting that once there were serious offers on the table to buy the Sonics from Mr. Bennett, suddenly the Sonics were not for sale. That is strong evidence that he planned to move the Sonics to OK City from day one.
