Winter Blues? One of the greatest days of this winter .. waking up to 6 inches of snow in the yard .. kids playing in the streets .. couldn't be any better.

just hoping for winter to finally go away. it's been beautiful, its been fun for the kids, but i'm tired of it. being snowed in a second time this year wasnt something i was looking forward to. i'm trying to keep light spirited by photographing some of the winter beauty around my area, and watching my children enjoy the weather.

Just remember to appreciate the four seasons we have here in great NW. It is winter, so it is natural to have wintery weather. I bet people will miss this weather when it is gone due to global warming. Cold weather is all that more reason to: 1) enjoy that fire place you hardly use. 2) park your car (omitting exhaust!!!) and stay home, sit by your window watching snow fall, cuddle up and read a good book you haven't finished 3)make a snow man...(when was the last time you rolled up a few giant snow balls) 4)start learning how to drive responsively rather than madly....

A few inches of snow doesn't really qualify as being snowed in Saera. Now if you got 3ft of snow over night ... you might able to say that. If you don't like snow .. move to California.

next they are going to ask if it is too wet in the nw.......sure a guy feels like he has molded by the time summer comes around......but you see all that lush housing.....I HATE that more than an inch of snow....or 10,000 gallons of water...so I finally agree w/C......move if you don't like it....and if there is no snow where your at mud balls are fun too........
