I live on Lake Tapps...which is still NEARLY EMPTY even with all of this flooding! Why doesn't the army corp of engineers divert the White River into Lake Tapps instead of flooding Pacific?

It may seem extreme, but I have tied two heavy ropes from about eighty feet up in the tall fir in the back yard down to the base of other trees. I bought this house because of that beautiful tree and I'm not about to sit on my hands doing nothing while the wind topples the tree onto my neighbor's garage.
