Are negative "attack-style" ads likely to change the way you vote?

I have to question the ethics of such candidates. So YES, it will affect my vote. I am more likely to vote against a candidate that promotes/allows such tactics.

negative adds do change the way I vote, I choose the one that has the least negative ones. It seems so much negativity that I can't figure out what the candidtates actually believe in.

The negative ads make me sick to my stomach. It does affect my vote. I'll stay with most of the people already in office. I would really like to here what the candidates are going to do rather than what the other did or didn't do.

Yes, there is a chance negative ads will change my vote. It is going to make me check into both canididates and comepare BOTH their past. I dont really belive much what either says they are going to do

The only ad that you showed on TV this morning was an ad against the Democrats by Republicans. Please show the nasty ads that the Democrats use against the Republicans too. The polls that I have been reading about show that McGavick is only 2 points away from Cantwell. Please start telling the truth instead of your bias viewpoints.

Yes, the negative ads do change the way I vote because it makes me think about the person puting the ad out there, do I want someone that negative or that is a liar to have any power in my state? No I don't, I'm sure several other people don't either.
I want to hear what they want to improve in our state and how they plan to do it.

Remember the Movie "Brewster's Millions". None of the above. Have any of the candidates identified the needs, and wants of the people, and the communities in which they are supposed to represent? Imagine that. If we as voters continue to accept what we have always accepted, we will get what we have always gotten.
